All Trusts now need to be registered, the first ruling came in 2021 and applied to all income-producing Trusts (Buy To let Properties/Businesses in Trust, etc.) and then rolled out to several other types of Trust from 1st September 2022.
Due to unprecedented applications and the delay in getting the required details out to professional advisers, it has not previously been possible to register Trusts on behalf of clients however working with a leading firm of accountants we can now obtain your Tax Code (UTC), to enable registration.
